Sizes (medium) vary between different different kit styles as they use different materials for different kits. So one medium will fit you in one kit but it don't in another kit. Materials used are not long lasting and fail quickly (i.e. 3 months worth of infrequent riding) both brought to the attention of this company through exhaustive follow-up but no workable solution offered and buyer stuck with product. Called head office but calls ignored. Competitive brands are using far superior materials

Great online store to purchase cycling great! Amazing customer service. Funny that I have to shop in WA from Melbourne to find helpful service and great products.

Booked my bike in for a premium service and mentioned that the bottom bracket was creaking. Got a phone call from the mechanic saying that they couldn't service the bottom bracket as they didn't have the tools. Fair enough.When I went to collect the bike I found out they never did the service as the notes on the job card was to only service the bottom bracket.Found the customer service very poor and they never once offered to rebook the bike in for a service. Not only did I waste my time I now need to look for another place to service my bike.

On each visit, I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The shop is spacious, has two change rooms and staff more than happy to let you try on multiple clothing items in different sizes to help you get the best fit. Pedal Mafia clothing is top quality!

Fabric quality isn’t that bad, some nice designs which why I chose this brand but after using it for over three years I can say I won’t be buying their products anymore as the quality of stitching is very very poor. When I got in touch with customer service they suggested to me to take bibs to tailor and stitch it again. Also I was offered $50 voucher when I buy their products again as they only have one year warranty on their products.All together product quality is 3/5 and customer service is 1/5. This is my personal opinion and experience with this brand.

Love the quality of the products that they offer! Few thing to note, there is no real difference in the quality of the highest tier bibs vs the lowest. The both feel the same so save the money! The service based out of LA is top notch as the representative is super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The biggest issue is the shipping. Some of the items are from AUS so exchanges can take a month +. If you know your size you're in good hands but the back and forth with exchanges is a nightmare. Overall I love the brand and the products but the shipping is the worst part.

They can change location and change names of the company but its still the same ripoff lowlife rat that when their mechanics cracked my carbon fibre rim and didnt have the balls to admit it the owner asked me to bring my bike in so they can put the wheel on for me which I stupidly did. I took the bike home and put it upside down in my back room, 3 days later I noticed the cracks from over tightening the spokes, I went back straight away and the owner denied responsibility, to say I was bitterly upset would be a grose understatement, I tried on a few more occasions when I wasnt as mad to talk to the owner but he kept telling me it wasnt his mechanics fault when clearly it was. The most shadiest sly rat who comes across as a really nice bloke. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BIKE IN THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
