My Ride Cannington

Booked my bike in for a premium service and mentioned that the bottom bracket was creaking. Got a phone call from the mechanic saying that they couldn't service the bottom bracket as they didn't have the tools. Fair enough.When I went to collect the bike I found out they never did the service as the notes on the job card was to only service the bottom bracket.Found the customer service very poor and they never once offered to rebook the bike in for a service. Not only did I waste my time I now need to look for another place to service my bike.

They can change location and change names of the company but its still the same ripoff lowlife rat that when their mechanics cracked my carbon fibre rim and didnt have the balls to admit it the owner asked me to bring my bike in so they can put the wheel on for me which I stupidly did. I took the bike home and put it upside down in my back room, 3 days later I noticed the cracks from over tightening the spokes, I went back straight away and the owner denied responsibility, to say I was bitterly upset would be a grose understatement, I tried on a few more occasions when I wasnt as mad to talk to the owner but he kept telling me it wasnt his mechanics fault when clearly it was. The most shadiest sly rat who comes across as a really nice bloke. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BIKE IN THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Fantastic service and knowledge so friendly and helpful with so many options and parts in stock. A lovely lady working there helped me adjust and raise my handlebars and provided a solution that was much cheaper and effective then other shops had suggested m. Highly recommend this place. Lots of great bikes in there too.

They fixed my new bike very well. Kind and cool.

Just went in to get some help on purchasing 2 bikes. Only 2 salesmen in the shop on a Sat morning...Stood around for 15-20 mins whilst waiting for someone to help. The problem being was that my daughter and I were totally ignored and other people who had come in after us got served before us.Not once did the staff acknowledge us, nor ask who was next.One staff member was more concerned about getting their coffee than serving us.Absolute disgrace.

Really down to earth group and super helpful. Came in yesterday arvo and they were able to sort us out with a set of MTB tyres and fit them. Great range of products as well

Bikes delivered one week later than advised. Delivery was a day lateevrn then . Delivery was included but when they turned up asked for $20 we refused as we checked this out via phone in the afternoon.Wouldn’t come back. Sorry guys needs to be a better stream of cohesion and communication from your staff and also clients.

Had a great experience here. Needed a bike rack for the car, Sam helped us decide which one would be best for us and even fitted it and was happy to do so. These guys are very knowledgeable regarding what they do and happy to help. Will definitely be my go-to shop for all our biking needs.

Thx Jasmin for your maintenance service last month. My bike is now back to life, and I can ride to perth and enjoy my weekends.

I was a little shocked with the condescending demeanour of the senior male staff member towards me and the junior staff member Won't be my future bike shop.
