Sizes (medium) vary between different different kit styles as they use different materials for different kits. So one medium will fit you in one kit but it don't in another kit. Materials used are not long lasting and fail quickly (i.e. 3 months worth of infrequent riding) both brought to the attention of this company through exhaustive follow-up but no workable solution offered and buyer stuck with product. Called head office but calls ignored. Competitive brands are using far superior materials

On each visit, I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The shop is spacious, has two change rooms and staff more than happy to let you try on multiple clothing items in different sizes to help you get the best fit. Pedal Mafia clothing is top quality!

Fabric quality isn’t that bad, some nice designs which why I chose this brand but after using it for over three years I can say I won’t be buying their products anymore as the quality of stitching is very very poor. When I got in touch with customer service they suggested to me to take bibs to tailor and stitch it again. Also I was offered $50 voucher when I buy their products again as they only have one year warranty on their products.All together product quality is 3/5 and customer service is 1/5. This is my personal opinion and experience with this brand.

Love the quality of the products that they offer! Few thing to note, there is no real difference in the quality of the highest tier bibs vs the lowest. The both feel the same so save the money! The service based out of LA is top notch as the representative is super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The biggest issue is the shipping. Some of the items are from AUS so exchanges can take a month +. If you know your size you're in good hands but the back and forth with exchanges is a nightmare. Overall I love the brand and the products but the shipping is the worst part.

Absolutely superb cycle clothing and accessories store with everything you will need to look the part on the bike.I've been a customer of Pedal Mafia for many years and recently visited their new store in Subiaco to collect some custom kits for our cycle club which came up a treat. Very high-quality gear which is comfortable, stylish and durable at a reasonable price.The store was laid out nicely with lots of new stock and the guys were really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Pedal Mafia the next time you need some new kit.

worst experience ever!the costumer service is so bad, it’s a joke. you ask a question concerning your shipment and get 3 Word „answers“ not even adressing half of what you want to know.I sent back my products - no word back allthough the package arrived 10 days ago. No answer on any e-Mails. No other way to reach out to the Company worked.Also 30% restocking fee is a complete joke. It’s absolutely illegal to do such things in Europe. please check out European consumer protection law.I only heard good things about the jerseys but this is unaccapteble.

The customer service is first class these people care about everything and everyone. The clothing quality is good but I found their fit a bit off. Shorts a tad long. Jerseys arms as well. I Certainly want to remain their customer because they went out of their way to address my concerns. If you’re 511 or taller and weight 165 lbs this clothing will Rock.Just my take. Rest assured you’ll be looked after like your shopping on rodeo drive here. 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ x 2

Best customer service and online shopping experience I've had. Needed a new helmet in a hard to find colour. Had a few questions to make sure it was the right one for me which were answered really promptly by the team. So ordered a new helmet on Wednesday which arrived in Melbourne 2 days later in perfect condition. Will be a return customer for sure. Thanks.
